We offer different types of dashboards based on the complexity of analysis and the depth of insight they provide. These are not upgrade-able plans: they represent different dashboard categories.
Each dashboard type comes with a fixed base price and a per-page price. More complex dashboards are more expensive, but they offer deeper insight, more customization options, and enhanced interactivity.
A Power BI Pro license is required for secure sharing (Microsoft’s requirement). We apply a discount roughly equal to one year of the license (without tax).
Descriptive: Shows you what is happening using clear summaries, trends, and breakdowns. Example: See total revenue by month or delivery delays by region.
Diagnostic: Helps explain why something is happening by revealing patterns and key drivers. Example: Find out which product categories are driving churn or low profit.
Predictive: Gives you a look into what’s likely to happen next based on past data. Example: Forecast next quarter’s sales or spot early signs of cost overruns.
Minor adjustments are quick changes that don’t affect data logic:
➤ Simple text edits (e.g. labels, titles, tooltips)
➤ Visual formatting (e.g. colors, sizes, fonts)
➤ Hiding or rearranging visuals, toggles or slicers
➤ Changing the page order
Standard adjustments involve more time or logic changes and are priced separately:
➤ Writing or modifying DAX measures
➤ Changing chart types
➤ Adding new toggles, or slicers
➤ Rewriting tooltips
➤ Bigger layout adjustments
Fully custom pages: fully tailored to your business needs and built outside of our standard page templates. They're ideal if you need a unique layout, a specialized KPI view, or a combination of metrics not covered by our existing structure.
Data refreshes: By default, dashboards refresh their data once per day – meaning they pull the latest available data from your source so the visuals stay up to date. This can be turned off or increased (up to 8 times daily), depending on your needs.
Tooltips on hover: Show extra details when hovering over visuals (e.g., exact values, percentages) or provide brief help text to guide dashboard use.
Quick filters: Slicer-style filters placed in the side panel that let users quickly narrow down the data by time, category, and location.
Advanced filters: A dedicated filter page with more detailed options, letting you combine multiple filters to focus on exactly the part of the data you need.
Detailed table view: A raw table view of the data behind the charts, for users who want to explore the numbers in full detail.
Drill-down: Enables users to click into visuals and explore deeper layers of data (e.g., from yearly to quarterly to monthly results).
Multi-measure toggles: Lets users switch between different KPIs (e.g., revenue, cost, margin) within the same visual using a toggle button.
Our support pricing model is designed to keep the process efficient and respectful of everyone’s time. Each dashboard includes a fair amount of setup help and one revision round.
Additional support is always available, but it’s priced to encourage focus and clear communication. The goal isn’t to upsell. It's to make sure both sides stay aligned and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
We include light data cleaning in the base price – just enough to get your dashboard running if your data is mostly structured. But when files are inconsistent or need heavy restructuring, we charge a flat fee based on complexity. In rare cases where the data is too messy to work with efficiently, we reserve the right to decline the project.
Because every dataset is different, we use flexible tiers to estimate effort. It depends on how many files there are, how inconsistent the structure is, and how long it takes to sort through everything. All restructuring work is billed separately and always confirmed with you upfront.
Light data cleaning included in the base price:

➤ Removing empty values
➤ Removing obvious duplicates
➤ Fixing and trimming text
➤ Fixing date formats
➤ Handling null values
➤ Changing data types
➤ Simple logic (e.g. name, surname)
Robust data cleaning, billed extra, depending on complexity:
➤ Inconsistent file structures: multi-level headers, merged cells, different schemas across files
➤ Missing key identifiers: no IDs for joins, duplicated entries with no clear grouping logic
➤ Unstructured and unsupported formats: PDFs, screenshots, broken CSV
➤ Manual business logic: fixing formulas, mapping inconsistent categories (e.g. EU, Europe)
Basic restructuring (up to 1 hour): Mostly clean data, with a few deeper fixes needed. Still manageable, but beyond light cleanup.
Messy structure (about 1-2 hours): Multiple files, unclear joins, or format issues that take more judgment and effort to clean up.
Major restructure (2+ hours): The data is fundamentally disorganized or inconsistent. Making it usable requires serious cleanup, testing, and sometimes workaround logic.
Revision rounds: Each dashboard includes one free revision round so you can request changes after reviewing the initial version. If you need more, up to three extra rounds are available for a fixed fee. This structure helps keep the process focused and collaborative, while giving you space to refine the dashboard if needed.
User instructions: Each dashboard includes 5 free usage questions by email within 30 days of delivery – just enough to help you get comfortable. All support is email-based and focused on using the dashboard, not changing its structure. If you expect more questions or want to support multiple team members, you can extend this limit up to 25 total Q&As for a fixed fee.
Maintenance: If your data changes in a way that breaks the dashboard, we can fix it – but please note that only issues caused on our side are covered for free. Everything else is billed per incident.
How to handle your data to prevent maintenance costs: To keep your dashboard running smoothly, just follow a few simple rules. You’re free to add new data in rows – but please don’t change:
➤ The file name, file type, folder name, or folder location
➤ Any column names, column structure, or sheet/tab names
➤ The formatting of dates, numbers, or key fields (e.g. IDs)
Changing these will disconnect your dashboard from the data.
