These terms govern the use of dashboards delivered by FogRise Vision (operated by Klemen Košič, sole proprietor registered in Slovenia). By requesting a dashboard and sending your data to FogRise Vision, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service description
We provide structured, one-time-purchase Power BI dashboards for business decisions. Our dashboards are either standard, slightly customized, or include fully custom pages, based on your request and dashboard category. You must have an active Power BI Pro license to access the dashboards.
2. Data and hosting
Dashboards are hosted via the Power BI Service. We do not store or retain your data locally. Data remains on Microsoft’s servers and under your own cloud storage, unless otherwise agreed. We offer no guarantees regarding Microsoft’s uptime or service behavior.
3. Dashboard access
You receive access to your dashboard after a review period, during which you can view your data inside the working dashboard before committing to payment. We aim to provide indefinite access, but long-term hosting depends on Power BI platform availability. In case we can no longer host your dashboard, we will send you the PBIX file so you can continue use independently.
4. Payment
All dashboards are priced as a one-time payment. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page. You will only be invoiced after reviewing your dashboard. Full payment is required before permanent access is granted.
5. Support
Included support covers:
Light data cleaning to ensure your data functions in the dashboard
One feedback round (3-day window)
Up to 5 usage-related questions by email
Notes on maintaining your data structure to avoid breaking the dashboard
Additional support, guidance, or major fixes (e.g., from client-side structure changes or complex data issues) are billed separately, as detailed on our Pricing page.
6. Data quality responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your data is complete, clean, and logically correct. We cannot guarantee accurate results if your source data is flawed or inconsistent. We offer optional data cleaning for an additional fee, which we’ll confirm after reviewing your data.
7. Intellectual property
Dashboards, templates, visuals, and underlying structures are the intellectual property of FogRise Vision. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our dashboards, visual components, or processes without our written permission.
8. Limitations of liability
We are not liable for external platform issues (e.g., Microsoft Power BI outages), client-side data errors, or consequential damages resulting from decisions based on dashboard insights.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access in rare cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. We will communicate clearly before taking any such step.
